The use of the aktivplan app is entirely voluntary. The above data is processed on the basis of your consent to provide the following functionalities:

• Individually optimized training plan:The aktivplan app is designed to support the healthcare professional and the patient to plan physical activities individually and adapt them optimally to the patient's state of health. Thus, the health data collected by the healthcare professional forms the basis for assessing the patient's fitness status and planning physical activities accordingly, including the display of the optimal heart rate range for training exercises. Personal data (name, date of birth) and activity data (e.g., planned activity and frequency of execution) allow the planning of an activity individually. Furthermore, the patient has the possibility to document the actual duration of an activity (when deviating from the planned duration), the subjectively perceived effort, and other notes. To support the longerterm implementation of the training plan, short-, medium- and long-term goals are set together with the health care professional (data on goals). In addition, messages are sent to the user at regular intervals to remind him/her to perform activities or to provide tips and insights in the field of physical activity. A unique identification of the user is necessary to provide a personalized training plan and is done via the email address (including password).
• Visualization and tracking of activities: Collected data on activities and goals makes it possible to view and track planned and additional activities via the app. This allows the health professional to determine whether an activity was performed or whether the intensity of the activities was appropriate for the patient. It is also possible to view, for example, the ratio of planned to completed activities or the average number of active minutes per week, month or year.

You can revoke this consent at any time. A revocation has the consequence that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point on. For a revocation, please contact: aktivplan@dhp.lbg.ac.at. If you delete your user account within aktivplan, your profile will be stored for 14 days before permanent deletion of the data. The profile will not be available or accessible during this period.

If you do not register within 10 days (by clicking on the link sent by email), all data already recorded will be automatically deleted. After registration you can stop using the aktivplan app at any time, which includes the deletion of all data from you. For deletion of data please contact: aktivplan@dhp.lbg.ac.at.

For this data processing, we use order processors. The use of the aktivplan app and the associated data processing takes place on the server of Alphaport OG. To ensure proper, GDPR-compliant handling of the collected data, a data processing contract has been concluded with Alphaport OG.
